I don't remember the history behind this building, but we went to the top and saw a Chinese song and dance show. For some reason, the people operating the elevator only gave rides to people going up, so we walked all the way back down.
Ivy's discovered Gift's poof balls.
We went on a shopping trip today and saw another part of Nanchang. Ivy ruled out the stroller pretty early this morning, so I toted her around for a couple hours in Aunt Cheri's Baby Bjorn.
Ugh! Nothing like a little sweaty bonding between Daddy and Baby! That's a lot of carrying-- good thing you can still hammer out the push-ups. Momma would have been bent in half after a few hours! Even just 15 pounds feels like 50...
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you've been able to get out and see the city some. What's the most unexpected thing that you've seen?
ReplyDeleteYour azaleas, dogwood & bluebonnets are just breathtaking. I think they will still be in bloom when you get home. I know you will get lots of pics in the bluebonnets. Glad Dad got from behind the camera for a photoshot with his girls. Too sweet.
ReplyDeleteI have heard about " china dolls" all my life and have never really seen one. Now I am going to be able to see a real live "china doll" Can't wait. Hurry up and bring her home to Curtis. Just think, I am going to have a china doll living next door to me. Love, Ya. Waymon
